Floating above the fairy chimneys and valleys, I felt like a part of a whimsical dream. The hues of the morning sky painted a magical backdrop, creating an experience that words can barely describe.

After landing I got back to hotel just in time to enjoy the traditional Turkish breakfast.

Following breakfast, I took some rest and reflected on the awesome start of the trip. Few hours later I headed out to the city. I took a leisurely stroll through the city, its cobblestone streets steeped in history. Cappadocia’s rich culture and heritage enveloped me as I admired the intricate details of the ancient buildings. I couldn’t resist the lure of the local cuisine, so I made my way to a traditional Turkish restaurant for a delightful lunch. The flavors of the kebabs, mezes, and aromatic spices danced on my palate, truly capturing the essence of Turkish gastronomy. After lunch I spend another few hours exploring the city and all it has to offer before returning to the hotel.

For dinner, I decided to try out the terrace restaurant at the hotel with amazing views of the city. The expertly crafted dishes were a true culinary masterpiece, delighting both my taste buds and my eyes. As I enjoyed the food I count not stopped being amazed by incredible views of the city as the sun was setting down.

Day 2: Unveiling the Secrets – Green Tour Adventures.

The Green Tour promised a day filled with historical wonders, and I couldn’t wait to embark on this adventure. Our first stop was the awe-inspiring Goreme Panorama, where I stood in awe of the surreal beauty that stretched before me. The fairy chimneys, carved by nature’s whimsy, stood tall against the backdrop of the vivid blue sky. It was a sight that would forever be etched in my memory.

Descending into the depths of the Kaymakli Underground City, I marveled at the ingenuity and resilience of the ancient inhabitants. The winding tunnels and cavernous rooms whispered stories of a bygone era, where people sought refuge from the outside world.

Exploring the Selime Monastery was equally captivating, as I discovered the intricate rock-cut chapels and admired the tranquility that enveloped this ancient place of worship.

The journey continued to the picturesque Ihlara Valley, where I enjoyed a delightful lunch at a riverside restaurant. The peaceful ambiance, coupled with the delectable flavors of Turkish cuisine, made for an unforgettable dining experience.

Then we made our way to the Pigeon Valley. As I walked through the mesmerizing Pigeon Valley, named after the countless pigeons that once inhabited the area, I couldn’t help but feel a deep connection to nature’s artistic marvels especially afterlearning the importance of the pigeons in ancient Turkey and the role they played in the development of the region.

For dinner, I savored the authentic flavors of Cappadocia at one of the city’s Turkish restaurants. The warm hospitality and the aromatic spices infused in every dish transported me deeper into the heart of Turkish culture.

On my final day in Cappadocia, I ventured to the Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that brought Cappadocia’s history to life.
