Cancellation by the customer

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking with us. If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. We will confirm your cancellation request and process your refund according to the following policy:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the trip starts, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • If you cancel your booking between 30 and 60 days before the trip starts, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the trip starts, you will not receive any refund.

Please note that the cancellation date is the date when we receive your cancellation request, not the date when you send it. The refund amount will be calculated based on the total price of your booking, excluding any non-refundable fees or charges that may apply. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

The terms outlined in this section are applicable to all travel packages unless different terms specified on the travel package, then the individual terms of the travel package shall apply.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case of unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, epidemics, or government regulations. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you one of the following options:

  • Reschedule your booking to a later date or an alternative destination, subject to availability and price difference.
  • Receive a credit voucher for the amount paid, which can be used for any future bookings with us within one year from the date of issue.
  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

We will not be liable for any additional costs or losses that you may incur as a result of the cancellation, such as travel insurance, visa fees, airfare, or other expenses. We recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance to cover any possible risks or losses.

Changes by the customer

If you wish to make any changes to your booking, such as changing the dates, destinations, or participants, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. We will try our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and price difference. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes that you request. If we are unable to make the changes that you request, you can either keep your original booking or cancel it according to our cancellation policy.

Please note that any changes to your booking may incur additional fees or charges, depending on the nature and timing of the changes. We will inform you of any applicable fees or charges before confirming your changes.

Changes by us

We reserve the right to make minor changes to your booking in case of operational reasons or circumstances that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, flight delays, or hotel overbooking. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with alternative arrangements that are comparable or better than the original ones. We will not charge you any extra fees or charges for these changes.

However, if we have to make major changes to your booking that significantly affect your travel experience, such as changing the dates, destinations, or activities of your trip, we will offer you one of the following options:

  • Accept the changes and continue with your booking.
  • Reschedule your booking to a later date or an alternative destination, subject to availability and price difference.
  • Receive a credit voucher for the amount paid, which can be used for any future bookings with us within one year from the date of issue.
  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

We will not be liable for any additional costs or losses that you may incur as a result of the changes, such as travel insurance, visa fees, airfare, or other expenses. We recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance to cover any possible risks or losses.

Complaints and disputes

If you have any complaints or issues during your trip, please contact us immediately by email or phone. We will try our best to resolve them as soon as possible and ensure your satisfaction. Please do not wait until after your trip to report any problems, as we may not be able to assist you or provide compensation.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution of your complaint or issue, you can submit a formal complaint in writing within 14 days of returning from your trip. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and provide a final response within 28 days. We will try our best to settle any disputes amicably and fairly.

However, if we are unable to reach a mutually acceptable solution, you can refer the dispute to an independent third-party mediator or arbitrator, or to a court of competent jurisdiction, as per the applicable laws and regulations.
